9:40pm: The Native American Indian Butterfly Legend

If anyone desires a wish to come true they must first capture a butterfly and whisper their wish to it. Since a butterfly can make no sound, the butterfly can not reveal the wish to anyone but the Great Spirit who hears and sees all. In gratitude for giving the beautiful butterfly its freedom, the Great Spirit always grants the wish. So, according to legend, by making a wish and giving the butterfly its freedom, the wish will be taken to the heavens and be granted.

4:30pm: The Spring 2010 Collection is up!

For Spring 2010, my inspiration went to hand carved leather, butterflies and roses. My new collection is modelled by Kaylin and Matar from Project Runway (and Models of the Runway). Check it out!

I had the privilege to attend the MacDella Cooper Foundation's 6th Annual Sharing the Light Gala at the Four Seasons. MacDella is an amazing woman with an amazing charity. She helps build schools for orphans in her native country of Liberia. To find out more, click here!
